The Queen's Friggin Corgi...how'd Lionsgate manage to sneak this one out two years ago with absolutely no noise? Well, at first it's easy to see why. It starts improving when Rex gets to the shelter. Animation's a mixed bag but passable. There's a Bulldog, the quintessential British breed, named Boxer--and also called a Boxer for some unfathomable reason. A little Tito/Pedro cross. And "Wanda the wanderer," joining the ranks of Rita, Sasha, Dixie, Brainy, Bella, Laila, Cross, Peppermint, Ivy, etc. Her intro song & dance number is blatantly inspired by/based on/ripped off of/an homage to (take your pick) Sash's. Like her glossy chocolatey color and the way they accurately captured the speed and grace in motion. And the beauty, brains, might, courage...;] Skating scene was fun.

Lessee...Deep...well, kinda hadda watch that because FISH, but you could tell just by the poster that it was on the level of a cheap, foreign, vomitously shitteous, incompetently done, no-budget, dime-a-dozen pos/rip-off of Disney, Pixar, or at least Dreamworks and shit. Alpha & Omega was a step in the Corgi's direction, turns out. The Pony movie was nice-looking and fairly good. Shaun the Sheep, good. Really nothing super-great.
Then Prime throws more real shit in your face...oy...Pets Untied (PU!) with but three details going for it (a rightly mighty parti-Pood [#manpoodpower], a dancing Affie duo, & a hyena.) Two more Pood/Afghan co-appearances (Housebroken with Honey & Big/Little Cookies being the other. Love Honey's design so must watch gross show? Apparently.) 100% a-trocity rippin' off Poodlewolf/Alpha & Omega/Pokemon/anything with kids attending a special school for their special weird specialness/whatever else you can think of for this cliche-af thing. Has bright(er) spots, but oy. (Who can do a wolf that isn't actually a weird dog? Or even a dog that isn't a weird dog?) Duchess was kinda cool.

Delete-Motorcycle/dirtbike legendaries. Oh, I get it. Ko-ride-on, Mi-ride-on. x-p Apparently it's not just bikes shaped like them as Koraidon is shown simply running even in vehicle form...so, like riding a regular Pokemon. Wheels irrelevant despite being so prominent? Miraidon looks like a lightcycle.
It's more Pokemon: Flintstones/Jetsons than Scarlet/Violet, really.
-Terestral phenom: Ooh, pretty. How very Crystal Pony. What would it look like on Regice? *o* Before Glaceon I had envisioned an Ice-type Eeveelution (dubbed Sibereon) that was basically a Regice dog. Went further and drew Tourmazoi, a similarly crystalline sighthound woof colored pink and green like watermelon tourmaline. x-3

Grafaiai: Looks like a big bug at first, but it's an aye-aye...like which, it's so ugly that it's...still ugly. But kinda cute in its own way, I suppose. I do try to find the cute in every aminal. (Especially the ones people find creepy...^w^ 8~D :3) Fugly bug-eyed lemur paints purdy purdy colors on trees.

Farigiraf! Well I've always liked Girafarig for its Chain Chomp tail in particular, so that's neat. (Now no more of this gd bs 'til the whole group is revealed!)
DeleteLess said about the last one the better...Bellibolt? Well, it's hideous/gross in a way that most people find cute and "relatable." Kind of a combination of others (and Face? xD) The false eyes are a nice touch though, since false eyespots are a clever trick of nature.

Today I learned: Fajita (the legendary chicken)'s namesake is just a soft taco by another name. (Oy man, all these different names for the most minor differences...)
Today I wondered: Why are cinnamon-flavored candies and shit hot when actual cinnamon buns and other desserts are sweet? It's a spice, but not a "spicy" spice as in burnin'-hot food for masochists. :/ (Google's answers seem to be conflicting but I get the general point...cinnemaldehyde from the bark or oil or whatever in high concentrations makes the artificial shit hot...otay...)
...and omg, speaking of Wallace (on 8/5 last year)--how could I ever have forgotten Harley (another of the gayest gays ever to have gayed, alongside Quatre Raberba Winner), and BURGH whom I still look at and refuse to believe is not a woman...xD
