ReplyDeleteInsurance is a bullshit fucking crock scheme. Companies should not exist to rob people constantly for nothing. They just make you WANT to have an accident/emergency to make it worthwhile. Otherwise you're just paying them instead of only paying for stuff when & if you need it, as logic would dictate. Whoever came up with the notion should be skinned alive.
Also, the local ShopRite is run and staffed by imbeciles. They neglect to give you $50 worth of your order and you have to spend an absurd amount of time calling them over and over to reiterate the issue, being totally dumped by four separate worthless assholes including the fucking manager, until you FINALLY get the one helpful lady in the damned place.
Could go on about other bullshit, but ehh.

The best things went first--hadda have my daily Sour Patch & Swedish Fish. Reese's went next, though there weren't many to begin with...

Something dreadfully wrong with the Christmas Bash album, though. It played all right, but then when you went for any specific song, each track would play some random one other than what you'd selected. Yet the times & titles were somehow matching up to what it said...it was impossible, and yet every single day I'm forced to accept various contradictory truths. So. I literally witness the impossible on a daily basis. I'm used to this shit.
And that Pokemon Day virtual concert? OY! ReplyDeleteMystery Incorporated: The one where Daph's eyes are just purple dots. Weird, different format. Going a little too "wacky." Scooby talks too much, to everybody. Sometimes funny, sometimes fails for trying too hard. Trying to be more “mature” in a very immature way. Tries to be too snarky and self-parodic while simultaneously shooting for semi-seriousness; doesn't quite work. ;b Too noncanonical/AU/unbelievable even in the context of the extreme silliness that is SD. Dislike Daphne's portrayal sometimes. Nova is like some tall, odd-looking version of Lady who seems to have been drawn by Norman Bridwell. I dig Sunday Around Noonish & Randy Warsaw, and Inga+Olga+Heidi.

Most remarkable episode="Homeward Hound" due to the red Sasha LaFleur/Brainy Barker Saluki seen throughout the dog show. Plus Meadow and her cute pupper. And o' course the Hex Girls. The live-action movies are pretty much eww. They barely tried to get Daphne right.
